Works well, feels sturdy, long battery life
Good quality, great battery life, attractive, sturdy, good value for a non-smart 4G phone.I needed two 4G dumb phones because of new network requirements, I got a blue and a pink one of these, and these worked as soon as I put in my old SIM cards. The case is sturdy, feels good in one's hand, the buttons are fairly large and easy to read.Although the directional keys are smaller than I like, and if you're typing in a text and accidentally don't land on a direction key, but hit another one accidentally, it will dump your entire text-- and the texts are a bit of labor to write, even worse than my old dumb phone.Even though the size of fonts are easy to read throughout, it makes the list of messages a bit clunky large-- and they don't group by same sender, so you have to go through a long, long list of individual messages. The battery life is phenomenal compared to my old phone. But since I don't want a large smart phone, and don't use it much for texting, altogether it works well for a decent price.

Rickety, poor sound, terrible features.
Despite what Straight Talk or others' tech support say, if you have an active SIM card, this will work. It only dropped one call in the short time I used it. That's the good news. The bad news is:This phone sounds terrible for a 1999 unit, never mind an LTE phone. It's poorly built, the hinge feels like it'll break in short order. The home menu is neither reconfigurable nor intuitive. There's no removing the Facebook or browser icons I would've never used.It will not recognize an SD (TF) card from another phone (although the files are still there). It will not successfully import contacts and conversations from your old phone/SIM.Mine Capitalizes Every Single Word In A Text Message.Texting is a time-consuming, nightmarish experience I've never had with any other phone since the dawn of SMS. I cannot even contemplate the agony of Farcebook posting via this wreck. The battery life is wildly overstated in both use and standby.Picture quality is somehow worse than my 2008-era LG slider's was.Provided ringtones are irritating. Attempting to change them to custom ones is simply more irritation. The shape of the phone does not lend itself to insertion or extraction from pockets. If you have a 3.5mm headset you used with your own phone, it won't work with this one (neither of mine did). This is truly a "cell phone of last resort" that I cannot recommend for any reason other than its ability to answer a call. It's frustrating and it's fragile. I can't suggest a better option (yet), but would definitely advise avoiding this flimsy mess. Ultimately I ended up with a Nokia 225.

It works with metro pcs
Nice phone my niece wasn't too happy to get a flip phone due to her other smart phones getting broke so easily but after playing around with it she discovered that she had fb at least and she really enjoys snapping the phone closed to hang up mmm the good ol days

Works with US Mobile physical sim card Dark Star, in case you're wondering
It is kind of cheap plastic, but I put my sim card in from US Mobile and the calls and texts worked right away. The voicemail was kind of weird, but I got it working. In my other phone BLU something, it's not even that old, US Mobile doesn't work at all in that anymore and they couldn't figure out why. Sometimes, dumbphones win.

You get what you pay for
We bought this cute little phone for our daughter. As a phone, it works well and does what it needs to do. It's not a Samsung/iPhone so looking for it to do more than make calls is a mistake and you should avoid it for the multi function features it does offer. The camera is poor and fuzzy, it has Facebook preinstalled, but good luck browsing that on the low res tiny screen. The plastic on this phone gives is a somewhat cheap feel, but again this isn't a high end phone and fits the price.Giving it 3 stars mainly for how poor the battery life is on this thing. I recall having old flip phones prior to the smart phone age that would last for days. My daughter uses this to make maybe 5 calls in the day and no more than a couple minutes per call and yet she still has to charge it daily or else it dies overnight.

Disposable?
It only lasted like about 6 months before it crapped out. :(
