Q: Will it fit on a Jaz jug"?

I don't know if this cap set will fit a Jaz jug. The cap is smaller than a Scribner (square jug) cap. It does fit an ACI round jug. But, measuring the set that I bought, the large cap has an ID of 3 9/16", probably for a OD on the jug threads of 3 1/2" and the threads per inch is 2. The small vent cap ID is 1" at about 8 threads per inch.

The Outside Diameter (OD) of the jug cap measured at the cap opening is just under 4.1". The Inside Diameter (ID) of the jug cap opening outside the threads is just under 3.5". ID measured inside the threads, inside the jug cap is 3.25". Height of the jug cap is ~2.75" measured from the raised shoulder where the hose would thread in, to the base of the cap. The OD of the jug vent cap measured at the cap opening is 1.0". The OD measured where the protruding grip features are: ~1.25". The ID of the jug vent cap opening outside the threads is just over ~0.75". ID measured inside the threads, inside the jug vent cap is 0.70". Height of the jug vent cap is ~0.64" measured WITHOUT the raised shoulder where the tether snaps in, to the base of the cap.

Q: Is this a 3 pack or not? I see in he picture it says 3 pack but I've read people say its not. Description does not show.

There was only one. 3 pieces: cap, hose, and lid.

Q: Will it fit the RCI 5 gal jug

Yes for the large cap, no for the small vent cap. For the small vent cap check the diameter and match it to a replacement cap on eBay, or look for a complete vent replacement like GoldPlug Pops-a-Vent ($8.99) on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B010EGPAE0/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=ANZVDVOJF9NEO&psc=1).
