Great trays for newbie cigar enthusiast. Purchased 2 trays as a set up for tupperware humidor. Both trays were well contructed, equal in size, no mold or blemishes. Very little cedar fragrance but no chemical scent either, which suits its intended function. The 2 trays fit perfectly in the 236 oz/7 liter sistema KLIP IT canister. Given the variable sizes these trays as other reviewers have affirmed, I may have been very fortunate and thus cannot assure others will have the same outcome. I am happy with the purchase and will likely repurchase if I need to expand my storage capacity. This set up does not allow me to install the large 320 gram Boveda mounting plate and humidifer. I will likely need to install the smaller 60 gram side by side holder with two 60 gram Boveda packs instead.

Well despite the fact that they arrived a day later than the rest of my "Prime Two Day" order, and in a box big enough to put eight of them in with absolutely no air pillows or padding of any kind, somehow they amazingly arrived undamaged. I have to say these cigar trays are pretty decent for the price and smell wonderful. Solid Spanish cedar sides and divider, laminated bottom and should hold anywhere between 30-50 cigars each depending on ring size. I bought two to start with in making a cooler-dor (cooler turned into a humidor) and they fit nicely in the bottom of a 100 quart cooler. I can get 4 wide and maybe 5 high. So if you're needing some really great cigar trays for whatever project your into, these should fit the bill nicely.

Not sure why people are having bad luck with these, but the ones (3 for now) that I receive seem great. I gave them a good look over when I got them and they look like solid wood. Not sure if is Spanish cedar or not, but they look poreish enough to hold some moisture as they should. Did not have any mold issues either, but they where packed with a descent pack to ensure they stay clean. The corners are well glued, so I did not experience that either. Each one will hold about 30 cigars and still lay flat enough to stack them. All in all, I am happy with them for the price and plan to buy more to fill up my coolerdor.

I bought these for my Needone Coolidor and I couldn't be happier. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but these tray are perfect, well made and sturdy.

I ordered 2 trays just to see the quality and construction. I didn't expect a thick solid piece of wood that could hold bowling balls, just something that is light, decently constructed and functional. I got just that. I did read that people got a moldy product. My trays came with desiccant packs in them so maybe they added some precautions. I plan on ordering7 more of them for my cabinet humidor

when it came out of the box it smelled so sweet you just wanted to lick it to make sure it wasn't sprayed with candy flavor. but after weeks of use this mold keeps forming in the center. i have it stored in the new air cc-100h which also comes with spanish cedar, i checked the rest of spanish cedars shelves and the only mold forming is on tray that i bought from amazon and no mold on shelves from the new air cc-100h, it does not fit width wise so i had to place it long ways, the door closes just fine and leaves some room on the side for other cigars.if you have a new air cc-100 or cc100-h the only way it will fit is the long way i would not recommend buying it unless it was your only choice for this unit.i just sand off the mold and hope it doesn't come back.if you are wondering how i seasoned it, i can tell you i seasoned it at the same time i seasoned the new air cc-100h shelves. by placing beads of 70% humidity at 70 degrees for a week with no cigars in unit.tray was placed in center rack, maybe that is reason because the fan is in the middle i will try and move it to lower rack or bottom and see if the stops the mold from forming.

Good trays at a great value,nicely constructed. One of my order of 5 came without a divider-plastic bag was torn open,too bad .

Three of these fit perfectly in my Komax xtra large storage bin (from Amazon). I had to use my palm sander to round off the corners in the bottom and top trays for them to fit but now I can store up to 120 cigars in the portable humidor. Throw a few cedar sheets in the bottom and your preferred Bovida humidity bags in and you have a great way to safely store and organize your cigar collection.

I actually a bit upset I had to send this back. My humidor has rounded edges and the tray was just a 1/4" too big. It's well built and a great size for your cigars, but the smell is where it gets 5 stars. That cedar smells so good, no sap no defects. Great tray.Update: I liked the tray so much I decided to keep it and buy another to use in a new tupperdore.

I used this to customise my larger humidor, it was perfect.

I use this spanish cedar tray inside a Sistema Large Format Klipit storage Box. I love the Sistema products, and the only unfortunate thing is that they are so hard to find in Canada. The Klipit boxes make great Humidors, especially with the Spanish Cedar Tray, that sits perfectly inside. You can even place TWO trays stacked in the box. Great for adding the flavor and aroma to your cigars. Highly recommend, especially in combination with the 236oz Sistema Food Container (Klipit).

The outer dimensions are about half an inch larger (in all directions) than they are in the product description. The unit I received measures: 12.5" by 7.5" by 2.25". And as it happens this makes the product slightly too large for my application. Whereas in the product description (just under the price at top) the dimensions are listed as 12" by 7" by 1.7". I assumed these latter dimensions to be the outer, but they're the inner measurements. Amazon should disambiguate this for buyers.Note that in the reviews complaining of mold, the mold was on the baseplate, which is made of fibreboard composite with a thin cedar veneer. (Presumably this is to prevent warping.) The sides and divider are solid cedar. But the baseplate isn't, and it's the baseplate that's disposed toward moldiness. Anyway, there was no sign of mold on mine.
