One of those tools that just makes thing’s easier
If you need to change a watch band, (especially since it can be difficult these days to find a jeweler to do it for you), this tool makes the task easier. It’s almost like having a third hand to help. Not having hours of frustration while completing a simple task is priceless.

Functions well for its purpose
Not magic, but quite useful when I needed to replace a watch band. Took a couple of minute to get the pin into a blind hole, but worked when needed.

had to change out a watchband and this handy tool did the trick. never have to pay a jeweler to do this for me again.

Broke on first use
I have a brand new watch that I needed to size down. I bought this tool, thinking it would be a quick fix. Typically you can lightly tap a watch pin tool to get the pin out but since this is double ended, I set the watch down in a brace and pressed slowly. As I increased pressure, the tip broke. The metal is so soft, it didn't take that much strength. Complete waste of time. I ended up using a thumbtack instead.

Useful but not sturdy
Works as advertised makes swapping bands easy. Delivery was quick. Had to reduce to 3 stars - was removing rusted pins and both prongs on the fork broke off.
