I used to buy Patti shells from a bakery in New Orleans to prepare appetizers for Thanksgiving. It was very expensive and sometimes the products would arrive broken. This product is very affordable well packaged and very tasty. I definitely recommend this product.

I wasn’t expecting much but these taste fresh, crisp and are a fantastic size. They are very versatile.

I served these last night with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and capers and every single one was eaten. Most people had about 4-5 which amazed me. EVERYONE wanted to know where I got them and they wanted to purchase also. I can't tell you how thrilled I was with the taste and quality of these little cups. Every single one came in perfect condition. Not one was broken or damaged in any way. Well packed and arrived on time for my party. I have bought these in the past (not on Amazon) so I am glad they are on the Amazon site now so It's super easy to buy.

Too small to use for pastries

They are tasty and fun to use. They make a great presentation when filled and garnished. They are quite small so not good if you want to offer a larger portion.

Easy out for chefs, they hold up pretty well. I use them to make a variety of hors d’oeuvres and canapés. Highly recommend
