Life saver
This has been a lifesaver for me in post hip replacement surgery. I actually ordered an ice pack designed for hip injuries and this one. I like this one better because it’s larger and can cover both the back and the side of the hip where all the swelling is. The straps are detachable so you don’t have to use them if you don’t want to. The ice pack chills up quickly, which is good because the first week after surgery I was using ice quite frequently.

Amazing product
I loved this product - i am a medium frame female, 5’4, 160 lbs - the length and width of the ice pack was perfect for my back pain due to poor posture. Love the freezer storage bag as well. Very compact.
