ISPRING customer service is one of a kind.
Ispring is the best. We bought an 7ak system in 2018. Zero issues for 7 years! Last oct the first stage housing developed a crack, their customer support sent me three new filter housings for FREE because the new style are a bit different Than the old and are not interchangeable. Went well up until a month ago, lost pressure, found the bladder tank ruptured, mind you this system is 7 years old at this point, ordered a new tank, and a two year filter kit. Installed the tank and a fresh set of filters. Now we are back in business again. I’m sure this setup will last another 5 yrs worry free. Just make sure you change the filters!

Great RO, even greater customer service
Have purchased PH-100 and happy with water quality and taste. Had an issue changing filters ( my fault) and after connecting with John B., Ispring customer service rep, issues resolved, fully satisfied and will continue recommending this company and their products as l've done in the past. John was knowledgeable, professional, forthcoming and eager to help. An asset to his company.

Great filters
These filters do a great job. I also have a whole house filtration by iSpring so the first filter is always clean but the other filters seem to do a great job. The drinking water and ice from refrigerator has great tasting water and ice. Filter changes are fairly easy to perform. Take a photo of the hoses prior to change to make things easier when putting back in. Two years of filters is great to have on hand. We get our water from a big reservoir in SE Texas, so think about the chemicals, urine from animals and even the dinosaurs that are always present in water. Those things never go away completely.

Great Customer Service!
I have had my system since 2016 and have really enjoyed it. It was time for a filter change and I was disassembling the filters it occurred to me that I had never changed the o-rings. I thought that the o-rings on the filter canisters were probably overdue for a change so I ordered a new set on Amazon from what looked like the iSpring store. Just as many others had commented on the o-rings, they were too small and wouldn’t stay seated in their grooves.Others said they called iSpring and they sent them a new set for no charge. I said what the heck and called the number on the filter.I talked to John and just as the others have said, he said he didn’t know what Amazon was selling, but will send me a new set for my troubles. Same story that the others had told so I have no doubt these ones will fit.I got a confirmation email today that the new o-rings are shipping- John was great, their customer service is awesome and I will remain a customer for many years.

Superstar “Sean”
When we bought our Toll Brothers home in Summerlin/Las Vegas, our built in Bar contained an ISPRING Filter System. Recently, we needed to replace the filter cartridges and came across an issue with having the right tool. After contacting ISPRING’s customer service department I was connected to “Sean”. Sean calmed my frustrations, walked me through the process, arranged for the right tool to be shipped to our home and checked in afterwards to make sure my attempts were successful. Even after it was discovered that “one” of the canisters was faulty, Sean shipped me a replacement ASAP. Our system is up and running again thanks to Sean’s expert, and thoughtful, attention. A good product is only good when it’s backed by great customer service. Thanks, Sean!

Good tea now with 6 filter unit.
Our well water has dissolved iron in it and smells of hydrogen sulfide ( rotten egg )this filter system removes it. The tea hot black had a scum on top from the tannic acid in the tea reacting with the iron now all is good with Ispring filters. The only problem I encountered was when it was time to change the filters 12 months later, the 2 year set I purchased was for apparently the Asian system and the fittings were different to the USA version and would not fit.On contacting Ispring customer support I was informed why they were different Nick at Ispring was courteous and most helpful he volunteered to replace the problem units ( filter No 5 & alkaline unit ) as the incorrect purchase was not my fault as the difference in the unit supply was not obvious my set up isPH 100 & the new filters should be marked PH100 US.3 CHEERS NickI mounted my filter array on a heavy duty metal drawer runner screwed to the cupboard wall so at filter change time I just run it out without any disassembly and it is right there in front of me makes the task a doddle.
