Does exactly what it says on the tim
You do actually get nearly 60 hours. The one thing that is missing from this product is an alarm are wee chirp when it goes above 8° which is fridge temperature

40 hours keeping cool.
Excellent product recently went to Thailand and although I had put my injection in the fridge after 24 hours this maintained a tempreature of less than 8° for the next 20 hours at room tempreature. Very satisfied and amazed how good it was.

No, it does not work!!
It just doesn't work. I need a solution to bring my medicine which needs to keep in 2-8c for a holiday in Italy, I ordered this one base on the positive reviews. Before the holiday, I have done a few trial test. I follow the instruction and frozen the gel in -21c for 6 hours, let it stand in room temp for 10 min before putting it inside the bottle. The temperature 2-8c can only last for 9 hours. It is far from what the product claims. I contacted the customer service. They gave me some suggestion to try and promise me this will solve the problem or else will get me a replacement. I follow the suggestion but it have no improvement. Now, the customer service does not reply and no replacement. At the end, I have to send it back and get a refund.

Keeps with in the range of 2c and 25c. UPDATED
I purchase this because it was a hard cylinder to keep my injection pens from being damage. Also it was the only long lasting cooler that mentioned my type of pen. Because it stated 60H I also thought that it would be great for my long haul flights to the USA. BUT the temperature rose from 4c to 21c in a matter of 18hrs!! Also it said it was Travel TSA approved, so why did customs take the whole thing apart and heated up my meds even more?I contacted Disoncare and they responded very quickly and gave me a couple of things to try. One being check my freezer goes down to -21c as that might be why it didn't keep cool. So I am doing an trail run to see if that was the case. I'll let you know the outcome later. But would like to say nothing in the instructions says the freezer must go down to -21cUPDATEDid the trial and froze the gel pack for longer it did stay in the temp 2c to 25 range stated but I felt I needed to keep it cool as it did take on the room temps. Anyway, long story short Disoncare have been excellent in responding and are sending me a second gel pack.

Worked all day
I’ve used my flask on a few occasions to carry 2 injection pens on 10+ flights now. The furthest over to Indonesia, they worked very well and kept at a low temperature for over 24hrs. Went through multiple airport security checks who opened the lid (quick check) each time and still temperature was fine. Does as described, would recommend to anyone needing to transport their injections for short or longer periods.

Good Product, but the thermometer display is already broken
While this is by far my best insulin cooler product for hot temperatures I was quite disappointed that within a few months the thermometer function had already broken. I'd made the decision to spend more on this version of the cooler because I really wanted this feature. The display now always ready "88" degrees rather than the temperature.Update: Found an email address on the manual after it stated that they give a 1 yr guarantee. They were very fast to reply and have stated that they will send me a replacement lid, bumping up the stars for good customer service!

Works really well
I bought this to get medication to Australia on a long haul flight in Oct 24. I trialled it in Sept and it held the temperature for 36 hours. It held for the 30 hours I needed to get to Australia. Unfortunately when I went to use it 2 weeks later for my trip to Brisbane, the temperature probe is no longer working. This is really annoying as it's extra money for the temp display/probe. The actual container is really good and I would've given it 5 stars. However, the expensive probe breaking after 2 uses (and 1 stationary trial) is a waste of money. Buy the one without the temp probe.
