Yes, it will. As long as you have incoming Ethernet you can just connect that to the WAN port.

Is this compatible to work with verizon fios 200 mbps plan?

It will more than handle that plan on 2.4. On 5 GHz it will hardly know your using it. Routers are very sensitive to power spikes and surges. I suggest to everyone to use a battery backup to smooth out the power. A surge strip isn't enough. Never run on a generator unless it's a pure sine wave.

can I used it as a repeater?

It depends. Amazon is losing two different devices under one heading. The DIR-1260 can't NOT be set up as a repeater. I'm very disappointed.
