Will this support extended display for a MacBook Pro (two additional monitors, different desktops)?

A: My 2019 MacBook Pro supports dual monitors. I can actually have three different monitors, if I choose to also use my MacBook monitor/computer. Although I’m not using this hub. I’m using two separate usbc to hdmi connectors and am on the hunt for one hub that supports two 4K monitors.

Does the usb-c power delivery port also allow data pass through?

No, the USB C PD port on this 8-in-1 hun supports charging only. It does not allow data transfer.

Why incompatible with original dell xps 13 stock adaptor? what does that mean?

Please note the original power adapter of Dell XPS 13 is 45W. This hub needs 15W for its own operation. So, if you can not get your laptop charged when connecting the original power adapter with this hub due to low power.
