The BRIO World 33884 Battery-Operated Steaming Train has been a big hit with my son! He absolutely loves the steam that comes out of the train when you press the action button. It adds a fun, interactive element to his playtime, and he’s fascinated by how the train works.The train is also well-made and sturdy, as expected from BRIO, and it pairs perfectly with other BRIO train sets. It’s a great addition to his collection, and I highly recommend it for any young train enthusiast!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Don’t buy this product. It the worst toy that I ever bought. I spent so much money on it and it didn’t work at all. Unfortunately i passed return time. I would give 0 star if they had. Very disappointed.

This is a very cool steam blowing engine. Horn and steam are very cool it sounds out chugging, horn n other real life train sounds.Just a tiny drop or 2 of water makes it blow steam for couple days. It does a reverse also.Only complaint that it doesn’t seem to manipulate the small turns on track and falls off.Needs a double axle like other Brio engines have to help w turns.

I didn’t think it worked, but you have to hold the button down for five seconds before it starts and lo and behold outcome to the smoke and runs beautiful highly recommend.

This little red BRIO battery operated steaming train is amazing! It fits on all our wooden train tracks and is crazy strong. My son will load a bunch of train cars on the back of this little thing and it pulls them without hesitation. If you have someone who loves trains like we do. This is the perfect train!!

Loved the color, and especially the steam that’s easy to install and was easily added to last year’s train sets. It steams along well among other trains!
