Its lithium ion and I believe it is powered from the USB port. I never saw any mention of batteries.

Is this compatible with xbox one?

Although the Talk GO was not designed for game console use- customers have gotten them to work.

Can I use this to connect input to my usb c phone and then monitor using the phone Bluetooth to a headset?
