Wiha96008 Slotted Screwdriver with Precision Handle, .8 x 40mm

Tried this on a small screw and tried to wedge it out and broke in nothing flat. I know it is for screwing, but thought it could take a little wedging. Broke immediately and hardly had any pressure on it. I'm a electronics tech and sometimes you need the tool to work as something else. This is NOT the tool for something else. Most of their others can be, but not this. Strictly a small screwdriver.

Get addition to my selection of Wiha screwdrivers. Needed this smaller size. I have used Wiha precesion drivers for years. Great tools.

This screwdriver came highly magnetized. Several passes through an industrial degausser finally removed the magnetism.

I had a watch band with screw-in links that I had to make smaller. The screws were overtightened and difficult to turn. All of the small screwdrivers I had were made from metal that was too soft. The very thin blades (.8mm)twisted and deformed without budging the over-tightened screws. This Wiha screwdriver is made of hardened tool steel. It handled the job easily. Forget the cheap sets. When you need real tools, Wiha is the brand.
