22 inches. I had hoped it would go just a little lower but it is really a nice stool and glides wonderfully.

I am 6'7 and weigh 310. Anyone else of my stature have experience with this stool?

I am not as tall or weigh as much as you do but the stool reports to hold up to 350 lbs. It rolls very easily and is an extremely nice stool.
