Thompson's Family TeasThompson's Tea Signature Blend

I first tried this tea while living in Ireland, and it blows every other Irish/UK tea out of the water. It's incredibly fragrant, deep in flavor, affordable, and stands up well to cream/sweetener if that's your thing. Tastes like a strong black tea with a hint of earl grey. I'm beyond thrilled that I can now get it in the US.

I was hesitant to order from Amazon instead of Thompson's directly, but after several orders, I am satisfied! I was strictly a Punjana drinker for many years but recently ventured out to sample other Thompson's Teas. Thompson's Teas are not like regular teas.. if you are unsure and looking to try a real, able, strong-bodied, get-stuff-done kind of black tea, this is your sign. While Punjana has a stronger bolder flavor, Signature tastes like dessert. After a short steeping time, remove the bag and stir in a pinch of sweetener and your milk/cream (dairy or non dairy) of choice. This tea is my Happy Tea after a long night working on-call and no sleep... a cup of Signature in the morning is heavenly and will wake you right up. The energy is steady and lasts hours with no jitters. I look forward to a cup of Signature in the morning when I go to bed at night! Friends don't let friend drink cheap black tea.

While I very much enjoy Thompson's Irish Breakfast and Titanic teas, I am not a fan of this Signature Blend. It just doesn't have the same richness of flavor.

The flavor is a very bold taste that of a traditional Tea that one might expect from Northern Ireland. With a very good body to it. Overall a very good product that does not disappoint on quality or price.

I found this company on a list of ethical tea companies, and I'm glad I did. It's delicious.

First time trying this tea. I normally use Bewleys Dublin Morning. This one is great. I wish I could order it in loose leaf.

Wonderful Tea as are all Thompson’s teas. Especially Punjana
