Ohio VOC regulations restrict the sales and use in gallons (not quarts) of some Waterlox products, including the traditional Waterlox Sealer Finish TB 5284. EPA rules mandating VOC limits are applicable to any person who supplies, sells, offers for sale, or manufactures any architectural coating for use within a VOC restricted area, as well as any person who applies or solicits the application of any architectural coating within the VOC restricted area. Waterlox does offer other specially formulated versions of their products that are compliant with the Ohio rules.

You'll love how both of those woods turn out! I use foam brushes mostly and a cloth at other times. Lightly sand with 600 grit in between coats, apply 1st coat thick and subsequent coats thin. Wait 24hrs between coats. After final coat, light touch with 2000 grit dry to remove final dust jobs. Good luck!!
