This is definitely a MUST BUY! I’ve had this product for a little over a week and I am already seeing major differences in my skin. Not only is my skin tighter and softer, my laugh lines are almost completely gone. The added serum also works wonders for my face and is an AMAZING addition to my morning and nighttime skin care regiment. The Hyaluronic acid is known for it’s cell proliferation and migration effects and you can definitely see the huge difference in my skin in the attached pictures already. How do I use the roller? Well after my morning skin care routine I pat my skin dry, add an even amount of the serum all over my face, then with a light pressure I work the serum into my face using the roller for about 3-5 minutes per section. After I’m completely done with my entire face you can start to see the enhanced blood flow and puffiness of my face which means the serum has infiltrated my pours and beginning to work its magic. I can’t wait to see the results after this month is over. If you have issues with laugh lines or wrinkles I definitely recommend. If you want a more youthful looking appearance I also recommend.

I'm new to all the gadgets they've come out with to help our skin but I started researching what could help with large pores and acne pock marks and everyone was raving about Derma rollers and Hyaluronic acid serum. I read reviews on this one and saw someone say it was a great starter roller so given my lack of experience and that I have super sensitive skin from eczema and allergies, I figured this was a good one to start with. I have been embarrassed by my skin for years now and putting make-up on just makes the appearance of the pock marks and large pores stand out more so I've spent the last few years miserable and in hiding. Within 24-hours of using the roller and serum, I could see a difference. My pores appeared smaller and my pock mark from the acne are closing up. To me, this product is a miracle worker and for this price, you can't beat it.

Wow all I can say is this thing works wonderfully actually changed my skin texture, closed pores and removed hyperpigmentation/ sunburn scaring after only 3 weeks of use! I will continue to use for my once a day facial routine.Serum is good also for weekly use! I used this with Aveeno brightening facial scrub, Admire my skin peel serum and Ponds moisturizing cream.Very Easy to use.

I poured some rubbing alcohol into the case to sanitize and left it overnight. Using alcohol is standard and expected maintenance for something that pierces skin. Later that night, the roller was in a pool of yellow/gold liquid and the whole thing smelled like paint. The cheap coating flakes and and chips and if you do any sort of normal cleaning with alcohol, it's probably part of the metallic coating and you're pressing all that into your face.

Absolutely love my dermaroller! My face has felt and looked soo much better since using! Products are absorbed better and I've had less breakouts. Photos pictured are before, during, and after one procedure! Can't wait to see what my face looks like in 6 weeks!

I was very pleased immediately after opening the package. It’s pretty to look at & I love the fact that they also included the hyaluronic serum! I had never experienced microneedling & I’m hooked.
