Medicine Ball

I didn’t use as it’s too big for what I wanted it for. But it’s a great looking ball. Balanced weight well. Would work nice for wall balls but I don’t have that set up in home

Great for advanced training. Durable and stitched well. I brought it in to put community gym for use and has held up fine.We even have a name for it.. Brutus as workouts with it are Brutal. At the same time, he gets no play because he is so heavy.. So Blue-balled Brutus is the official name. 😂

Just like at the high dollar gym! Rugged cover perfect - smooth enough to easily clean, but has little bit of texture for easy gripping even with sweaty hands. Just right amount of give/padding, not squishy. Found by 100lb daughter practicing balance standing on it, and it was still round during and after her antics. A little pricey, but good equipment like this you only have to buy once.

These have stood up to continuous use in my CrossFit gym, great value!

This is a very high quality product and I don’t foresee ever needing to buy a new one. It’s great for a quick home workout and there are numerous videos online showing different exercises. Endless you’re very muscular, buy the 6 or 8 pound ball. They feel heavier than a dumb bell of the same weight. If you’re a beginner and not an experienced weight lifter, be sure to buy the 6 pound ball.

Looks good and feel good so far just haven’t used it for my workouts yet cause I just got it, but I can’t wait!The first thing I notice about the medicine ball when observing the loos is that it’s uneven, for example when I put it down it rolls forward or back i don’t know if this is normal thing with medicine balls because of the construction. I can notice the uneven side from the bottom, just hoping its something normal I also saw white that won’t come, but I feel like it’s not that big of deal. I’m just glad the weight inside doesn’t shift from side to side. I’m hoping🤞🏽it will hold up for a very long time and won’t get damaged easily cause if not that will be a waist of money and bad product.

I train adult golfers and young adults athletes. They work for both on flexibility and stability. It might seam light but go through a workout with. It’s just right. This weight is not to build muscle, it’s to better the sport your doing.

Omg I love my new item! I got in the 6lb being that I didn’t want to risk damaging my walls. I used it as soon as it arrived and got a great workout in with tossing the ball against the wall and squats! Perfect size and just what I needed. :)
