I expected a "commercial " product to be more effective than other similar products found in the big box stores. This wasn't. Removing the heavy pollen residue plus the normal grime was the primary goal.

This product really helps us clean our deck yearly, before resealing.

For those disappointed in the results, you're simply not doing it right. Here's what you do. Spray a diluted solution of the Cleaner (usually a 4:1 ratio) onto your surface. Let it dwell between 20 and 30 minutes, and then here's the secret trick....rinse it off with a pressure washer using the white tip or something similar, like an X-Jet. That's what gets you your final clean. The wood should come out looking close to brand new. That Grey look to your wood is just caked on dirt. It will come off.

Used to renew a 15 year old fence. Worked as advertised but most likely due to the age of the fence I did have to reduce the dilution ratio.

Snake oil

this product might work well with a pressure washer but not with a manual sprayer. It didn’t even remove surface dirt from my rails.After I did a small area of my deck and rails with the most concentrated solution ( 25 ounces : gallon of water) , scrubbed with a bristle brush and rinsed, I realized that it did nothing except leave behind an annoying residue.I went back to my trusted and proven Oxyclean recipe. It works and much more economical.
