They do the job
My son has spina bifida, so he is socially continient during the day but I put him in a GoodNite at night. These were a good price so I got them. They hold up all night well, and the main reason we use them is possible bowel incontinence and minimal urine incontinenince in the evening while we are all asleep--so they are more for "just in case" rather than I know he will need one. I have a suggestion for improvement of the product--recloseable sides like the Pull Ups line has. That would help me and others in my situation TREMENDOUSLY. I have not come across any larger sized products with these, and I assure you I would purchase ones with recloseable sides EXCLUSIVELY if they were available. You don't know how many parents of special needs children I have heard complain about having to take their kids' pants, shoes, and braces all the way off to change their kids' pants. Also, break away sides would allow some children to change themselves independently. As far as the boxer vs brief design, I believe I prefer the briefs for fit, but these are OK and if your kid has bigger thighs then they might fit him better than the briefs.

Great product!
These boxer shorts work great for my 8 year old son. He has always wet the bed at night and he is very self-conscious about it. These boxers make him feel less like he is wearing a diaper, as he complains about with other styles. These boxers have never leaked and they do not easily tear when putting them on. My only small complaint is that this package was delivered with all of the 'GoodNites" product images and descriptions on the box (it was shipped in the manufacturer's box for the product, not in a discreet box from Amazon). This upset my son because he was worried that his friends may have seen this package sitting on our porch. Though this is really not a huge deal, it would be great to see them in a more discreet box in the future to cause less potential embarrassment as this is a product used for a condition that can be something that the young users of this product are ashamed of. Overall, this is a great deal for this product and I will definitely buy again!

Does the Job Without Embarrassment.
Cannot express enough how independent this product makes children feel. Provides the support they need while still looking and wearing like a pair of "big boy" boxers. Yes. They are made of and feel like "paper". They aren't cloth. But no one can tell this unless they are staring at or touching the product. Holds a LOT of liquid. Even solids. Consider this product if its time to move from pull ups but the child still needs support for whatever reason. Fits well. Within reason, nothing leaks or falls out of the "boxer". Can even be slept in as long as child doesn't have an enormous output overnight. Never see these in the store so if you try it and like it purchase through Amazon and let's petition the company to get these on the store shelves as well.

Good, disposable, tyvek-like material.
Just received, our son likes them OK, not great. We were under the impression these were like the goodnights briefs - that are a cloth fabric with liner and spot for replaceable absorbent pad. Not the case - these are individual paper-like boxers - similar to disposable surgical or shoe cover material. They seem to work and are comfy, but not as indiscreet as some make it sound - other kids would definitely know something is up. I'd say the other type with the real cloth are more 'camouflage' than these.

On the small size, but they do their job...
We bought these for after a surgery. We bought the XL. They run small! Any larger than a size 6 and it will not completely cover their bottom. I do not know what 100 lb. child the manufacturer found to "fit" in the XL. Since they have a boxer look on the outside, your son or daughter will probably not be as adverse to wearing them as a traditional diaper. They are pretty much a traditional pull-up with a blue boxer overlay. They did work great for our post-operation needs.

Not like the new ones
These Goodnites boxers are from several years ago, and are not the same as the ones sold in stores currently. They work fine to contain wetness, but the fit is different, as is the shorts "fabric," which is shinier and slicker than the more cotton-y feel of the Goodnites sold now. The L-XL only fits to 110 lbs., and the boxer part does not hang smoothly over the undergarment. If your little guy is OK with that, these are a good deal, but do not expect them to be exactly the same as the ones you buy in the store.

Debatable
I thought my son would flip for these stylish Good Nites, but he did not. I'm hoping with time he will overcome the bothersome feeling of the fluttery paper against his legs and get used to them. He will wear them, but his first choice is the traditional style. I doubled my order, so I received 44 of them, which will give him many nights to get used to them. Unless he adapts to this papery pant, I will not order again. I wish the paper could be softer and have a smoother texture.

Good product.
I would have liked them to have a little more stretch in the booty my boys have "BIG" sit-a-pons. But at least there were no leaks but they did tear a little in the seems. My boys have to take medicine to tell their brain to stop making urin while they sleep dbut it dosn't aalways work so it is always a good idea to have these on hand.I wish they made bigger sizes.
