Q: Is this blade designed in a way so later on we can change the rubbers? Like when the rubbers worn out?

Beware - after a year or so from purchase I decided to replace the rubber. The existing rubber did not peel of easily and broke and stuck in patches, took me hours to peel it off without damaging the blade, chipping off little by little, than I used a fine sandpaper to make sure it was all off. Not a "seamless" experience as advertised.

Q: It says this paddle is made for tournament play. Does that mean it's approved by the ITTF to use?

Its ok, not great. The rubber is not tacky. You could use a solution, but that's not ITTF approved I suppose. I would think twice for tournament play

Q: is this for shakehand or penhold?

Shakehand with longer handle and good grip, not penhold.

Q: Are these expensive paddles resurfacable?
