Chemistry: A Molecular ApproachEven though it says twice in the description that the ebook comes with Mastering Chemistry, and it is the first result with an ISBN search that includes Mastering Chemistry, it actually doesn't contain Mastering Chemistry. False adverting at its finest. Chatted with support and all they would do is refund my money so I can order a hardcover. I can't go without a text while in a class. Very bad customer service.

Hard to follow, likes to be wordy instead of get to the point. Not enough real world diagrams/anecdotes

I was surprised the book was shipped from India. And it arrived right 3 days earlier than I expected. First in India, second day in Germany, third day in the States, fourth day delivered. The book is brand new nicely printed good quality, but with one little detail, but that happens to my calculus textbook too that I bought in the States, that the ink seems to comes off easily. When I mark with a line on a page, the ink of the last paper would be stuck on the paper I'm marking, because of the pressure I put on the paper, push the ink onto the next page. And the cardboard that held and protected the book in the shipping box was hell stinky, smells like feces which reminded my time when traveling in India. Global edition has the exactly same content. Brand new book. Prints well. Shipped fast. Much cheaper. It should be the best seller edition for this textbook.

Best chemistry book. Very well written (though we did find a handful of errors, per my professor) and makes general chemistry SO much easier to understand than other textbooks I've used. I wish all textbooks were so well and clearly written.

The item title is incorrect. The item only provides the text book and not the access card package to the student study site on Pearson.com. The support person was very nice and apologetic which I appreciated but if I knew this up front it probably would have saved me some time. BTW, Amazon does not sell the access card package you have to directly to the pearson.com.

I love this book and although it does have some mistakes in it, i do enjoy the color photographs and the problems in the back of the book. my chem professor found a big mistake in one chapter ( 10) and he told us not to pat attention to the mistake and just follow his lecture instead. Other than that, it can be a hard read but with lectures, the book is easy to understand. my class covered 1-13 in chem 101.

The title of the book says that it comes with the access code for mastering, which an essential reason why I purchased the book. I received my book, opened the box, and looked through the book. What I did not find was the access code. Turns out it is book roulette, and the access code is not guaranteed for those who rent the book, but if you are willing to spend well over two hundred dollars on it, they can provide on for you....

I gave a 1 star review yesterday because the a text message said the book was delivered, but it was not, I didn't know where the book was. Today it was delivered. Not Amazon's fault. USPS screwed up. What a surprise. Book was in excellent condition. very happy.

Springer published a review of many General chemistry textbooks by Mansoor Niaz & A Maza & Chemistry by N J. Tro got 7 points. Purchased the book based on that assessment and found it worth. Undoubtedly author has done a commendable job.

Very Useful with modern examples. In simple terms.
