Absolutely awful book. Has so many grammatical errors and is so poorly written as to disrupt flow of reading and information intake, which there is very little of anyway. If you read the other reviews listed for this book you will note that there are many grammatical errors in them also, which leads me to believe it was the author himself that wrote them. Honestly, buy 'NLP for dummies', it is pricier but you will get so much more well written content and detailed information on what NLP is, does and how to use it.

I love books like this, and at only 20 pages this is pretty good because it is not long enough to become boring and is very informative. it's all about neuro-linguistic programming, and as i am in beach mode at the moment ,i read it in an afternoon by the sea. it deals with how we can control the outcome of our actions and how we can succeed.Well worth a look
