Q: Is there an easy way to remove the cover to put in refills? I am trying to pull the cover off, but feels like it will break.

Q: Does the cover lock or snap on to the base at all? I bought a different brand and the cover just sits on top, so it won’t stay on once it’s mounted.

The front cover of this dispenser snaps securely onto the back plate and is held firmly in place. The back plate is mounted to the wall with screws or double stick tape

Q: How do you mount this dispenser on wall? Is there a screw holes in it? One review mentioned that she didn't receive wall mount dispenser.

It comes with double sided sticky foam or there are screw holes to mount it. The screws are not provided. I used the tape and it works great but would recommend using screws to mount if on a surface not suitable or if going to b used in a public restroom setting.
