Ok, so im 60 now and just had braces put on my top teeth. I had an idea of the rubbing and irritation that they could cause, but nothing prepared me for the feeling of chewing on barbed wire! On both sides of back brackets, there are hooks and clipped ends of wire. Because of how it is positioned, there is no way to change it and it rubbed the insides of my cheeks raw. I'm talking half inch lacerations. I was thinking I could tough it out, but the orthodontic wax they hand out is so crumbly and it doesn't stay put. As soon as I got it where I wanted it, it would shift and the pain came searing back. My face even swelled because of the constant rubbing. Well, I read a post and someone suggested wax ear plugs. I was desperate! I ordered these from Amazon and I was completely sold. These plugs are soft, pliable and stay where you put them. It's so smooth that there is absolutely no irritation, no pain, and the lacerations healed in 2 days. I loved it so much, I bought 3 more packs to make sure I have some with me at all times. This beats ortho wax by miles. It's been a gamechanger especially since I have 24 months of braces to endure!!

These are the best I’ve ever tried. I’ve had my hearing tested multiple times and have been told I can hear in the range of canine hearing. I have to have serious ear plugs to get to sleep at night. These do the trick for me. Not totally soundproof but as close as I can get and very comfortable. I’ve tried other waxy brands and they are a bit too stiff. These are perfect. Love this brand and have been a loyal customer for over a year now.

They work okay. I have small ears so I break one in two and use a half in each ear. I suppose they are equivalent to rubber ones with fins on them. I bought them for sleeping on the plane. I often turn on my side and the kind with the probe sticking out distract and wake me up. These have nothing protruding to catch and loosen it.

Very happy with these plugs. They aren't noice canceling by any means but they mask the small sounds from spouse and dog that kept me continually waking up. The foam style never fit in my ears well and constantly fell out and got lost. These stay put and there are so many in the pack that I won't need to repurchase or many months, maybe longer. Read the directions, though. You do not stick the wax into your ear canal. It sits on the outside edge. I like that better than the foam inserts anyway.

Most comfortable ear plugs I've tried - I could wear them all day. Excellent sound dampening. My only complaint is that there are only 15 in the box. Ideally there would be an even number. But I guess they're cleverly assuming I'll buy another box of 15 once I'm down to the last single plug. Frankly they're so comfortable I'd buy another box if there were only 14 total.

These earplugs are very comfortable, even after several hours of wear. My husband says they are fantastic at blocking out day to day noises while sleeping. He has tried several kinds and these are hands down the best ones yet. Would definitely recommend.

Bought this for my poor husband due to my constant snoring. God bless the man, but he states these do not help him. Maybe it is user error but he did not like these. Will have to try another option until I can get my snoring under control.

Absolutely love these! My quality of sleep has improved drastically and blocks out noise from an extremely loud family and snoring partner. It’s like my own little solace. I love it! 10/10 recommendation
