Good books, terrible construction/quality

Content: My 10 year old son loves them. It would be five stars but...Quality: One of the books had pages separating from the spine out of the box. Another started to fall apart an hour after my son started reading them. These seems to be a problem with the box set. We bought the first book by itself and so far it's holding together well.
