The ingredients are: FTGFOP1 Green Tea, Cardamom, Cinammon, Almond, Saffron Those letters in front of the tea apparently stand for Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe first grade, which indicates the tea leaves are very good quality (though I couldn't tell you what exactly that means).

In general, green and white teas like a cooler temp, around 180 -185 F . Black tea is robust and can be steeped at 208 - 212 F. Oolong teas, although black have a bit more delicate leaf and are brewed best at 185 - 190 F. With black tea, just boil and steep, no need to worry about measuring temperature because the water at is the right temperature just off the rolling boil. Physics is your friend!
