Do I have to wire up the halos when I get them or are they jus plug in play and I have 2000 323i e46 sedan will they fit perfect 👌???

You do need to do a quick splice for the halo

I had the lights installed and they look great, but it turned on the light sensor on the dash, I need to get a circuit breaker for this light unit

You may need to reset the ECU by disconnecting for a moment. The set of loose wire need to be splice in to the parking light, if it is not on the parking then this may be the cause also.

Will a Xenon retrofit kit work with these headlights?

Yes. it is possible to use retrofit HID.

Is the low beam headlights replaceable for LED bulbs?

It is possible to replace with LED bulb and this unit take H7. Please note that some LED bulb design with very large heat sink and fan may prevent the dust cover from locking in place.
