Having trouble unlocking strap completely so I can use a mask strap. I get to the end of the strap but end won't pull out.

You have to pull really hard. I kinda wiggled it out

Are they all at the same size? The clear one seems to be smaller than the black, though the product name page did not say “small”

I’m an adult male 6’2 and they fit perfectly. I’m sure you could return them if they do not fit.

Does the mask come with a snorkel?

This mask does not have snorkel.

Never paid attention to that when I got mine. If it says differently in the description of the item you purchased, I would contact the supplier to have the issue address. Otherwise, they've been great! Hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
