I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to speak up about this product. After seeing all the hype, I had high hopes—but I’ve come to realize that not everything that's heavily advertised actually works. This product is a complete disappointment.First of all, it claims to contain retinol and promises lifting effects—none of which are true. There is no retinol listed on the ingredients, and it does absolutely nothing in terms of lifting or firming the skin. It feels more like a sticky jelly mask that just sits on your face with no real benefit.Save your time, your energy, and most importantly, your money. This product is all marketing and no results.

La mascarilla es muy incomoda para lograr poner en el rostro, tampoco cubre lo necesario ni se adhiere a la piel fácilmente. Las probamos mi hija y yo, y nos sentimos decepcionadas la verdad. NO LO RECOMENDARÍA. y de nada sirve que se pueda devolver algo que necesitas probar para saber, y no es reutilizable. No lo vuelvo a comprar.

I'm a fan of Sungboon Editor's products, so I was excited to try their Deep Collagen Retinol mask.Don't let the fancy name intimidate you - it's actually super easy to use!Just follow the instructions and the mask pieces stay put without sliding around (which is usually my biggest pet peeve with face masks).What really surprised me was how hydrating this mask is.You can literally feel your skin drinking it up, and there's this nice tightening sensation that isn't uncomfortable at all.I've got these stubborn forehead wrinkles from squinting too much (maybe time for new glasses?), but they're definitely less noticeable after using this mask.Here's something unexpected - even though it's super moisturizing, my typically oily skin didn't get greasy afterward.That's pretty rare for a hydrating mask!The collagen and retinol combo seems to be doing its thing because my skin feels firmer and looks more refreshed.I've already ordered another set - definitely worth trying if you're looking for a mask that delivers on its promises!

The mask would not stay on my face. I followed the directions. The mask still falls off on the sides everything stays in place but the sides which defeats the whole purpose of the mask. I’m sorry I did not like this mask. I’d rather just buy the pieces that add up to a whole mask.

Terribly difficult to use. Mask is thin and flimsy and doesn’t adhere to skin. It constantly falls off and the lower pieces which are supposed to cling to the upper part of mask simply doesn’t not stay adhered to or clung too. A sad waste of money for something that simply is horrible. I was so persuaded and then reality hit… which was nothing like it is advertised

It’s very hard to apply it to your face. It will not stiay. The only way I made it stay is by making two holes in the end , and loop it around my ears. Despite the product inconvenience it really does work. It did give me a good lift. Probably will keep purchasing, but I’ll have to come up with something that will make it stay on my face. I would’ve gave it a 5 but they need to modify the mask a little bit.
