Acer Aspire Go 15 AG15-31P Laptop - Intel Core i3-N305, 8GB, 256GB SSD, Integrated Graphics, 15.6" Full HD, Windows 11, Silver

I bought this lap-top as my lap-top could not be upgraded to W11. It boots up very quickly probably because of the fitted SSD.It is also very quick to open files and web pages. I cant touch type but I still found the keyboard easy to use and the black keys are easy to see! The display is very clear with good colours. All in all it is a very competent machine and is very good value for money.

I purchased this laptop in the Amazon Black Friday deals, got a real bargain for it.It works perfectly. I’m just about to start an Open University course and wanted a decent laptop for my studies. I haven’t used a laptop for years, but it all soon came back to me with this lovely laptop.Screen quality is great, easy to use. Starts up quickly and it works quickly. ☺️

It’s a good overall general laptop. The speed is decent and allows opening all the programs I need to use due to the higher ram. Graphics ok. Design programs run a little slow but no real issues and for the price it’s more than acceptable. No complaints easily converted and upgraded to win 11 pro.I’d definitely recommend. Only con is it won’t recognise my external dvd player but all ports do function properly. Time will tell how robust etc it is but I do have high hopes.

So far not showing signs of overheating, which has been a concern with previous models. The laptop is adequate for streaming and very good for normal surfing the web. Its a nice size not too big or small, so quite portable. Only small bugbear is that version of Windows 11 ( I changed it from 11S back to 11, too many restrictions) needs to be updated to a later version, and only just bought it! Otherwise, very pleased with this machine.

Easy set up and quick always had an Acer laptop and the price does help.

Received laptop and very please with it's performance. Well recommended to anyone thinking on buying a budget Laptop. Also, Battery Life is very good!!

This Acer laptop appeared well made and finished, took very little time to set up, the touchscreen is very responsive, and the screen bright and clear, so initially I was very positive about my purchase.However less then 24 hours from setting it up the screen failed, so I'm trying to return it, as Amazon are not offering an exchange, presumably as I bought it at an offer price, which has now been withdrawn.Unfortunately though, the only return option I've been offered by Amazon is a UPS collection. Unfortunately, so far this is not working out, as UPS did not arrive to collect it on the arranged day, and while I've managed to speak to UPS, they needed a tracking number to look into why their driver didn't complete the collection. However Amazons CS representative could not find a tracking number on Amazons system, so they just booked another collection in the hope UPS actually turn up next time, but again this did not generate a tracking number.So, if you need to return a faulty item to Amazon, it could prove to be very difficult, if as in my case Amazon limit your return options and fail to provide a tracking reference number.
