This is the second one our family has purchased for this AC.We installed one last summer for my mom and we couldn’t believe how quiet it was and how fast it cooled her house in the summer heat.So, this year we purchased one for our house.It’s so nice to be able to cool our home and not have to turn up the volume on the tv or have to speak loudly when communicating. This unit is extremely efficient and quiet!We love that we found it again this year!!!And the AC comes complete with everything you need to install it in a window. We installed it in the wall and finished it with trim and it looks great.I also like the way it seals up when turned off.The weight and fit made for a quick install and the fact it is 15,000 btu and uses a standard wall plug is perfect.

I usually dont write reviews, but I installed this A/C unit in my living room replacing an older model. Upon opening, there are some minor dents due to shipping and handling, but not enough to bother. Instructions say to plug it in and test before installing. My initial thought was it wasn’t working, however it was blowing cold air. My hearing isn’t great, but this unit is very quiet!!! It’s a little large for my room, and it didnt take long before I had to turn it up, I was cold… Granted, I’m comparing it to an older model, but the difference is incredible. Much quieter and much cooler. Got exactly what I wanted!

Great price works great.

I received this product on time and immediately open the box to find it had either been dropped or smashed somehow. It is very dented up. I have only been running it for a few hours and it seems to work fine but it is very rough looking on the outside (As you can see in the pictures). I do not know if it was the shipping method or the warehouse where it came from that smashed it up, but I do advise that you open it up immediately to ensure that it is not damaged.

Instructions not very clear. Happy it was a replacement window AC. Must say very impressed with how quiet the unit is. Auto louvers work well. Let’s see how it works cooling off the room

Terrible design, poor quality and to top it off I couldn’t remove the battery cover on the remote. Unfortunately I’m keeping because it’s hot here and I finally got it installed. The side curtains are about impossible to get working and snapped in place. I will never buy another Whirlpool product. Buyer beware.

Best AC I have ever had. Cooled 3 large rooms and a hallway. Variable speed compressor saves energy.
