It works to hold it all in, however the hole for your junk tends to rub in odd and sensitive areas. Also it is difficult to get into or out of in a quick manner.

This thing served it's purpose for me. Its comfortable and hugs well to your body. The hole in the crouch led to some chaffing after wearing it all day.
