I have used this tool for some time and it still works great with amazing durability.

This was just okay. Not exactly what I thought it would be. It somewhat helps with streak removal but it could be better and the cleaning ability for my shower and mirror is just okay

Solved the streaking of all my windows and mirrors. Well balanced and worked well the first time. The option of longer and shorter lengths fits my needs.

Great squeegee! Solid construction and the option for the 2 size in the same purchase is great. Works well with a standard extension pole and clears water well.

First, I found the cleaning edge of squeegee rubber is so short, you have to get head on to get it to squeegee. Same size rubber as brass professional one my son has but his has more of the rubber showing that makes it easier.The worst part is that the rubber is so loose it won't stay in and slides right out. Both are bad but 12" was even worse. I tried to tighten metal down onto the rubber with pliers, but unable to. I was disappointed since I thought these would be more professional.I do like the easy way you are able to change heads of just turning a large screw. Guess only thing I liked.I'm going to contact the company to see what can be done, otherwise I will return.Just tried to find a way to contact company and unable to. Tried Amazon Customer Service and got nowhere so believe I'll return as I have no choice.

Very Durable and sturdy able to handle the big jobs, and sized just right for everyday use. Matched with the extending pole and mop-head, you can accomplish any job with confidence.
