No they are not mushy at all. They are similar in texture like other Shirataki noodles but much easier to prepare. I love them and use them all the time.

You will get a big package of 4 boxes. Each box will have 2 noodles, 2 spaghetti and 2 fettuccine (i.e. 6 in a box). So I’m assuming they’re advertising 24 because it’s 4 boxes with 6 in a box. (At least, that’s what we got)

Q: does this have roce. as a diabetic i cannot eat rice
