20A 2-4S RC Brushless Motor ESC for RC Plane Airplane with SBEC 5V/6V 4A

This ESC is a great size for fitting in tight spaces.Calibrates and programs easily.Works very well.I will use this brand for all future projects.

The first one I ordered did not arrive, but Amazon claimed I got it. The second one works good, and it gets 5 stars. In the future, I will take a photo of each Amazon package and its content. I also, after the order, I found a much better deal on Ebay.

I was given a 3D capable airplane but needed an ESC and didn't want to spend a lot. This ESC is run on 4S packs and powers the airplane very well, No problems or glitches at all. I only have maybe 20 flights so far so I'll add to this review if it ever fails.

Exactly what I needed

I had one of these 20A escs connected to a 1000KV motor and a 1300mAh 3S battery. The motor winding burned up while running at ~50% power (current less than 5A). Thought it was the motor, but the same esc burned up another motor. Another manufacturer's esc worked fine with these motors. So maybe it was just one defective esc. No. I just had another motor burned out in the air with one of these escs. I won't be buying any more.

This ESC is large for it's amp. There are lighter weight options. But if size and weight isn't your concern, this may work great for you.
