I got this when I was in a lot of pain with my very low back, and it provided a good level of support without being overly restrictive. I have another firmer/thicker “back belt” but sometimes that was just too much. This allowed me to trade off and still have some support when I needed a break from the heftier one. It is easy to get on and off, and the regular fit me fine (34” waist for pants, 6’, 150 lbs). I usually wore it under my clothes but with a thin tee shirt layer tucked under it so it didn’t chafe, but the few times I didn’t add another layer it was fine and stayed put, thanks to the little gel type grips (see photo).

I just had a Corner Lock 3d, SI joint fusion. My doctor has recommended a SI belt for some time so I finally gave it a try. It is very comfortable which was shocking to me because things like that usually bother me a lot. It’s been breathable so far too, I put it on my bare skin nothing under, I haven’t been outside in the heat much with it yet. The instructions were easy to understand but I would have liked more detail on how tight to make it. This has been so helpful the pain in the joint feels relief I can walk around more and stand longer, sitting is even more comfortable. The Velcro is strong and in every spot you could need it so that you don’t get snagged or have a floppy end. It feels very well made and like it will be durable. If you are having SI pain I would recommend getting this.

This was amazing it worked well it's hard to wear under your pants. If you have to use the bathroom and you're wearing it over your pants it's tedious and time consuming to get it off. But that said it worked wonders and there are times when I wake up in the middle of the night and my back hurts so I put it on and go back to bed and I'm usually fine in the morning. I have had no more shooting pain down my leg so A+

Great hip belt. I have used others and this company makes very well made belt. Easy to use and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. One if the best things about this belt is it does not ride-up or move much when sitting. Highly recommend.

Beware of sizes needed. Fasteners well done. Great secondary straps.

This was a God send. I was skeptical but I prayed for relief and this little belt; WHO KNEW(not me) that it would be my saving grace. I am forever grateful for my belt. It is a miracle belt for major pain. I'm in awe and pain free while wearing.
