It is a good pillow, although it could have been better. Too soft for the back support.

It's good for back support
I ordered this for my back support as i do my most of the work in bed but due to lack of proper support it starts to hurt & pillow can't help much, at first this was squeezed when Delivered but it's shape retention worked after some hours and now it feels great value for money product and it helps in pain relief.

Damaged products
This product was damages while receiving & I have retuned and pick up was initiated on May 20 th but no one came to pick the product . And now the status is unable to return .

A feel good product
When the package arrived was shocked to see the parcel sent in cylindrical shape. When opened it was shapeless. Was wondering if the product is defective as the shape shown was of a Wedge....slowly the shape took over to its originality on its own... as said it is very comfortable, soft and a feel good product.
