Easy manage and effective water fountain for pet
Very good product, easy to maintain, no messy and most importantly, my cats love it. Comes with good WiFi smart app which keep logs of your cat water intake and remind you to clean and add water. This is the second product I bought from Petlibro. Highly recommend!

Great, quiet fountain!
Game changer! I was skeptical given other fountains we've had in the past. The cats would always avoid them because of the noise of the motor. And the constant hum drove me nuts, too. This fountain is silent. The only thing you hear is the subtle trickle of water and the cats absolutely love it. I'm not sure how accurate the water sensor is, but they are drinking way more — the litter box tells that story, well. The quality is great. It's plastic on the inside, but the tray is stainless. Not sure how that will fair over time. But after 6 weeks, we're totally hooked.

Love it
I'm loving the fountain but with two cats I'm finding that I change the filter every 10 days or so. That doesnt keep me from giving it a 5 star rating because the cats are loving it. It was easy to assemble, easy to clean, looks sleek, makes no noise at all, and the tracking features are a bonus. I thought this model was wireless but it is corded. That has not been an issue though.

Great product, but app is privacy-intrusive and can be unreliable
I would have given this product a five-star review. I’ve owned this fountain for 9 months, and it’s a solid reliable product in terms of its physical appearance and functionality. The cats love it and the water flow is good, and it’s gotten them to drink water more often. The stainless steel tray and replaceable filters are high quality and keep the machine clean. I love the wireless charging base, as you just lift the fountain off the base and can clean and refill it without any cords in the way. Solid construction, large capacity, very easy to clean and refill, never had any mechanical issues with it.So why do I give it 4 stars and not 5? A couple of reasons, and for some people these might be a dealbreaker.I don’t trust the water intake measurement feature, and I strongly suggest not relying on it. It reports impossibly low water intake by my two 17 pound cats. If the numbers were accurate, they would be dead from dehydration. An important thing to note is that this fountain/app combo is very privacy-unfriendly. The manufacturer, a Chinese company, requires you to create an account with them for each household member who needs to manage the device. You can’t pair the fountain or use the app to control it without a logged in account, and you can’t share a login between household members (only one mobile device can be logged in an account at a time). It means the fountain only works as a smart device as long as they allow it to. And you have to remain logged in to your account to receive device notifications in the app. This has led to plenty of frustration, including getting logged out from one device because I used the app on another, and then no longer getting app notifications. The app also nags you to upgrade to a paid subscription that supposedly offers additional benefits you didn’t ask for and don’t need. The app had an update a couple of days ago that introduced a severe bug that caused the fountain to lose connectivity. After multiple attempts to troubleshoot and reset the fountain, I gave up and reported a bug. I’m pleased to say I received a response within hours and they released an update today that fixed the issue. But an app bug shouldn’t render your “smart” device unusable, and this is bad software design caused by their desire to lock down your use of the app.

So many well thought out features!
The media could not be loaded. For my first cat water fountain I chose to go with the inexpensive "flower" fountain, which the kitties loved. However, it would randomly clog and overflow, which caused it to periodically drench the mat below and eventually... fry my floor outlet despite my best efforts to protect it.I questioned whether buying another fountain was worth the risk and finally broke down to purchase this one, along with a silicone mat with a lip. I just got this set up so I cant comment on its longterm functionality. The design is amazing... I purchased the black and it is sleek and I love the wood grain. It was easy to assemble and all components come apart for thorough cleaning (something that my previous fountain did not do, which I believe eventually led to it becoming scummy very soon after cleaning). So the ability to clean it is HUGE for me.By far the coolest feature, which I did not notice until I received it, is that the water reservoir lifts from the base that powers it. It works by magic like a wireless phone charger. This means that I don't have to unplug the unit to clean or refill it, and I dont risk the cord getting wet during cleaning. The cord is also a braided/protected wire with a C port so it is not as easily damaged by kitty teeth and can be replaced.Additional positives... its quiet and the app will alert me if the water level is low... this is an absolute must because the walls are not transparent so determining water levels is impossible. I just hope the app is accurate! For the above reasons, this fountain was money well spent!
