Is it difficult to remove the screen protector off the phone? In case there are any issues.

I've had to remove 2 screen protectors of this type and have had no issues. You just lift a corner of it and slowly peel it off.

Will this screen protector interfere with the fingerprint sensor?

I find that waiting a couple of days with it applied and reregistering fingerprints solved the issue for me. It needs time to cure.

Will this screen protector fit otterbox defender?

Otterbox says yes, but it may depend upon which phone you have. And Defenders come with screen protectors, but will accept a glass one for additional protection.
