I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle.The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle!It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease.The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service!I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

The charger arrived broken, it doesn't work, I was able to turn it on with another charger, but the laptop doesn't have the system installed, I've been trying for hours to configure it to work and I haven't been able to.

I am surprised how much better this laptop is than I expected. Also, the dealer put Windows 11 on it, even though the description (then) said Win 10. I like having a fingerprint sensor, which works great. Very fast, good display, good keyboard, good price .. 11th gen i7 chip, really the minimum you should get at this point. Recommended.

I've only had this laptop for about a week, but so far I'm pleased and would buy it again. It only has a few light scuffs and scratches on the exterior, but other than that it's dang near good as new. Super fast (to me) boot speed at around 30 seconds. It came with Windows 10 pro and I now have it running Windows 11. If anything changes worth noting, I'll come back and update this review.I can't say how customer service with "RUKN-TECH" rates, because I haven't had to contact them for any reason so far. Hope this helps! I looked at a LOT of these refurbished laptops and it is a daunting task to try to figure out where to purchase......

Computer seems to be grand. Only had it a couple of days but they sent an AC Adapter that won’t fit the computer. Simply unacceptable. I did contact them and they quickly responded saying there will send the correct adapter

Vino en perfecto estado a excepcion de algunos rayones minimos que casi ni se notan, todos los puertos funcionan al 100, lo unico malo y por lo cual dude en darle o no 5 estrellas, fue que el sitema vino con una cuenta empresarial que no dejaba iniciar el sistema, la solucion fue instalarle un nuevo windows desde una usb y de ahi corrio perfecto, diria que por el costo el producto es calidad- precio, recomendado!!!

Returned it. The Battery didn't last long, it overheated often, hot to the touch and the volume kept going in and out.
