Q: is strawberry banana completely dairy free?

I believe it is dairy free, but I mis it with whole milk ( not store milk, but right from the cow with cream and all) so I havae never been concerned about dairy free

It’s not a weight loss drink. However, it was filling enough for me to use as breakfast when I did weight watchers and was only 3 points on the blue plan. The protein helps keep you full and it’s not high in sugar. It does have some sugar/carbs. Probably not as good for Atkins diets.
