Does this product have the pdo designation or not? it's listed in the description, but not on the tin so i am very scheptical.

The tin does not have the EU designation to indicate a "Product Designation of Origin" other Odysy tins on amazon do; go for them. I would suggest that either, it is contravening the PDO rules of labeling, or is passing-off. Either way perhaps Amazon should lodge an objection to regularize the position. In any event, I find it good for cooking; I use specialty oils for salads!

What is the expiry date, hopefully not 2017 as info suggests?

I assume every batch has a different BEST BEFORE date which is printed on the tin. I do not see any information that suggests the sell by date is 2017! This was a beautiful oil. I have also recently bought the Odysea 3lt Cretan (PGI Chania) extra Virgin olive oil which was amazing.

Can you please advice where this is produced? the description says kalamata but there is no pdo certification on the label or mention of kalamata

I purchased this ages ago and no longer have the tin but it had Greece as the country of origin and certification number
