What does it smell like?

I can’t say that this product smells of any type of perfume, it does give a nice fresh feel and smell when you apply it to your skin which is not over powering.

Yes, have been using this product for years, suits my skin, not too heavy and absorbed quickly

Does this make your skin oily?

No, does not make skin oily, it is excellent moisture . I have used this or similar all my life, and am 70, kept my skin in excellent condition.
