Works for me
Excellent product - works for me. I’ve tried many products over the years but I can honestly say this suits me. I find the taste quite pleasant.

These really do work (at least for me!)
Excellent product, I have a real fear of flying often to the point of losing control. I was sceptical that these would work but I can say with honesty that I felt much calmer after taking these. We recently travelled to Turkey and for the first time I was able to enjoy the flight. It’s really a game changer for me

100 outta 10, would recommend
I have had the gum form of Rescue Remedy, gummies, etc. These are the champions. They don't taste fabulous, they have a faint black currant flavor, and they look like gummies but last about as long as an Everlasting Gobstopper. The tin is easy to open. Just press down, the tabs flare out, and the lid pops off—great for arthritic hands. But if you plan to throw this in a bag, rucksack, etc., put them in another container. Mine keeps opening when an item in my bag applies the slightest pressure, and they end up everywhere in my bag.As for the effect, they are very calming to me. I use them during my commute to work to help keep stress down. They work great for me, but your mileage may vary.Great value for money! Meh taste. Super meh tin.

good value, nice light flavor
nice light flavor, can taste more apple than mint - they are quite hard so take a while to dissolve or become chewable, definitely helps a little to calm your nerves etc

Might Work for Some, Not for Everyone
I decided to try these Rescue Remedy Pastilles after hearing good things about their natural calming effects. The idea of something sugar-free, alcohol-free, and made with flower essences was appealing, especially for moments of stress during travel or work. Here’s my honest take:Pros:- Convenient & travel-friendly – The tin is compact and easy to keep in a bag or pocket.- Alright taste – The flavor is very subtle.- Natural ingredients – I like that it uses flower essences and doesn’t contain sugar or alcohol.Neutral/Cons:- Effect is very mild – I didn’t notice a dramatic calming effect, but it did help me pause and take a breath, which might have contributed to a slight sense of relaxation.- More of a placebo effect? – It’s hard to say how much of the calming comes from the product itself versus the act of stopping and focusing on something.
