I've had Anker speakers in the past and fancied an upgrade.This is certainly worth the money, lovely piece of kit, this little beauty has a great sound quality better than the Bose speaker my wife uses.Nice size and weight great for using in the car, easy to use even without reading the instructions.

Believe all of the positive reviews. This little speaker is fantastic. Easy to set up, powerful, bassy, long lasting battery.Honestly it’s a bargain for the money.

I wanted a small speaker for work and when I'm doing bits of DIY, jobs in the garden etc.I have some Anker products which have largely been positive purchases, this has over 50k reviews and a really competitive price point so I picked one up.The Good -The speaker is small, similar to a tennis ball in Size. Don't be fooled.It has a nice reassuring weight to it. It can definitely act as a paper weight as a secondary function.The build quality is superb, the plastic is robust and doesn't scratch easily, the push buttons are well designed rubber affairs. The bottom of the unit has a very good anti slip surface attached which is great for the car dashboard, tables and tool boxes.I belive the weighty build quality and anti slip bottom also help to maximise sound quality by anchoring the unit down and reducing vibration.Charge time is reasonably swift at around four hours depending on your charger.Bluetooth is easy to detect and connect, hold the button down and wait for an appearance on your device screen. Thereafter it auto connects super quick.Most importantly the sound. It's fantastic. The size ratio of this unit vs output is incredible. Even at max volume there is no distortion. The bass is punchy, no its not like being in a disco, but you can dance in your car, your living room, wherever.Trebles are rich and the overall sound mix is very very good.It's a super pleasing sound and as said I believe the build design really helps with this.Battery life is as advertised. I can eek out 13 - 14 hours per charge however I have found this dips if you have the volume on max throughout but only to around 11 hours.The Could be better -If I had one grumble, and its very minor, I can not get the FM radio to work. Its not a major issue, I haven't really invested much time in trying, it just comes across as fuzzy white noise. But that's OK with me, I bought it as a Bluetooth speaker, not for its radio which is an added bonus.Additionally I can run this with a Samsung watch controlling the volume no issues at all, I also use it for Bluetooth calls if driving my van.And I haven't even tried the SD card port. There is just so much to this little powerhouse.After a couple of weeks I picked up another I keep in my tool box, at this price or even a fair bit higher its not difficult to justify. Add to that Ankers excellent warranty and customer service this really is a first class speaker.Buy one, you won't be dissapointed.Five Stars.

Purchased for our daughters small party to have some background sounds. I selected this one because I've had a few Anker products before and have been impressed with their quality.I like it has an SD card slot, an Aux port (because I'm old school) as well as Bluetooth of course.The FM radio is a bit of a Brucie bonus too.Only a charging cable supplied, which is also needed for the FM antenna. No aux 3.5mm cable in the box so you will need to supply your own.Bluetooth connected fine on my Android though I have not tested distance since we would normally have the phone fairly close to the speaker anyway.Figuring it out control wise is pretty straight forward and thus far it has been working very well.The sound quality is actually lovely!I am very, very impressed. I am not an audio buff as such but I like good quality sounds and I am happy to admit this surpassed my expectations. The highs and mids are, to me, clear and well presented.The bass is really a surprise too. That passive radiator is really doing its job here and punching well above what the size looks like it could deliver.Even at max volume it copes very well and you can feel vibrations helping that bass frequency out.Speaking of size, it is smaller than I expected but being made from metal it has a great quality feel to it.Downsides, I wish this could have been a bit louder. I admit it is only 5 watts and perhaps I was asking a lot but even with my devices at max volume and the Soundcore mini at max I can tell in a noisy environment it will struggle to be heard.That being said, you have to appreciate the use case - it is a small portable speaker, not a party machine for a hall!The other downside is the Soundcore app which has been suggested to use. Sadly, when I tested this the Soundcore Mini was not supported. So a useless app. Anker must have removed this devices from their list of supported devices.Also, it asks for your to setup an account and enable location services which seems too intrusive really. Thankfully you can navigate past these - but I just wanted an app to play with the sound quality etc and it no longer works.So overall a star off for this but considering the price and the quality of sound I can not give it a strong 4 stars.Might opt for their larger boom series next!

Small and mighty. Everything works as it should. The big surprise is the quality of the sound and the volume, amazing for such a tiny device at such a tiny price..

Had to jump on to add my review as I just charged this speaker and was impressed from the first few seconds of playing a song from Spotify. Great volume levels and doesn't sound tinny at max volume. Not the loudest speaker in sure but definitely loud enough, for me the max volume is the perfect max volume. The sound quality is amazing for the price and size.I didn't expect the quality to be as great as it is, although the reviews I saw all praised the quality of the product. I'm going to buy a few more after I look into seeing if you can play music through more than one at a time, but I'm sure you'll be able to, I hope.Buildwise, the quality is amazing. I got the gold one. It has a rubberised ring around the bottom so it won't slide around. Buttons feel durable and good quality.Can't praise it enough to be fair! Interested to see how long the battery lasts me.It also doubles as a radio using the charging cable as an antenna and has a micro SD slot so you can also use it and SD card as well as with Bluetooth.11/10, can't wait to order more and have a little army of them!
