Very effective for runners knee.
I have had a knee problem since May 2017 and was struggling to run my usual 8/10K. I damaged my knee in preparation for a half marathon.Since taking these everyday my knee has improved dramatically .I am now back to where I was before.This isn't scientific evidence and my knee may have improved on its own but I feel there is a correlation.I also had a week snowboarding in Feb this year 2018 and the only day I felt any discomfort was the day I forgotto take the Curcumin.It is Turmeric in general which I am endorsing and not this brand in particular. I am sure Curcuminfrom other brands is also effective.

The Best Supplement……
Very competitive pricing for an excellent supplement. It is the full spectrum, so it’s easily absorbed. Curcumin has many beneficial properties. Been taking for many years. Delivery from Prime was so quick & efficient. Highly recommended ☯️

Empty bottle received??
This product was delivered to me perfectly packaged the seal had mot been broken, however, when I broke the seal the bottle was actually empty?? You cannot return this item, ( an empty bottle) complete waste if my money
