Keeps the bugs at bay and helps recovery

Sambucal Elderberry works. It is an immune system enhancer and keeps colds and flus away better than the flu jab for sure. This time I got the capsule form because I am travelling and it is easy to carry and deal with. I like the liquid best but the capsules are very good. Give it a go and ahve a better winter.

Wont stop you getting a cold

Been taking these for about 6 months had 3 colds in that period. Will keep taking them for a bit longer, if I get another cold I'll be looking for another product. Not a very scientific method of assesment, I know.

Got rid of cold that had been going on for 4 months

I'm pleased with this product as it has helped me to get rid of a severe cold with mucus in the upper airways that had been going on for 4 months. After two weeks of treatment the symptoms were gone. The only thing that wasn't so good was the soft stools in the morning, but that wasn't a big problem.
