They work great cutting fresh herbs, easy clean up. Originally bought one for home then second for our RV. Then additional pair for our son.

Acceptable- faster than knife chopping
Works well for those pesky multi leafed herbs, but the herbs do get stuck between the shears. Fortunately the scissors come with a lovely tool that helps scrap out the remnants from between each shear.

I used them the other night to cut green onions, they worked good, but I feel like they will work better on dry herbs

Excellent for thin leafy herbs ! I do not recommend for green onions … stems to thick and got caught between the blades.
