It is so fun for my kid! She loves it and I got one for her friend! For the menu, it says to use a pencil but it works just fine with a whiteboard marker. It’s cutting ability is “super satisfying”! She says that it needs celery CUCUMBER CELERY WHOOPA WHOOOPAAAAA

Bought for my 4 year old grandson!!! Plays with it every day and makes salads for his mom. You can’t go wrong with Melissa and Doug! Excellent quality and sophisticated food items including little ropes that come out of dressing bottles imitating dressing pouring.

My grandson LOVES this. He is 22 months and loves making us salads. He also has gotten very good at "cutting" the wooden veggies on the cutting board; veggies and croutons are all wood and the salad is fabric. Pretend salad dressings are plastic and have a string that comes out and makes sound when you shake it. Super cute and educational. We keep the entire set in a shoebox and he goes to it whenever he is over.
